Sr.Kg students of UWCEC visit Holy places
To worship is to show love and adoration to the Divine. There are varied religions in the world and every religion has its own magnificent and unique place of worship.
Sr.kg. students of UWCEC were taken on an educational trip to different places of worship to Artillery centre, Deolali Camp. All the students were very excited for the field trip. Teachers started the trip by giving the students an insight as to why people go to places of worship. They visited Mosque, Temple, Church, and Gurudwara. Teachers briefly explained them the importance and significance of the different places of worship and the different prayers and holy books. Teachers and students offered prayer in all the holy places as per their rituals. The children observed keenly and listened attentively to their teacher.
The field trip concluded with a very good message that every religion focuses on loving, adoring and expressing gratitude and reaching out to all in need as we are all children of one god.
