Christmas Celebration and Gratitude Month at UWCEC
UWCEC celebrated December as Gratitude Month, marked by a joyful Christmas celebration filled with learning and cheer. Children arrived in colourful party dresses, adding vibrancy to the occasion.
Teachers helped students understand the message of Christmas — love, sharing, and gratitude — through engaging presentations. Creative activities were conducted across sections: Nursery children made snowman chains, Junior KG created Santa stick puppets, and Senior KG designed Christmas stockings. Gratitude activities included a Gratitude Book by Senior KG students and gratitude messages by Nursery and Junior KG children.
Students also visited St. Lawrence Grotto to offer prayers. A beautifully decorated Christmas corner in the AV Room and a lively dance session with a teacher dressed as Santa brought the celebrations to a joyful close.
The celebration was a meaningful and memorable experience for all.

UWCEC Presents ‘Little Stars with great Values – Embracing values at every stage
UWCEC (United World Child Enrichment Centre) hosted its vibrant Annual Day, centred on the theme “Little Stars with Great Values – Embracing values at every stage.” The event showcased the critical role such functions play in a child’s development, including building confidence, fostering teamwork skills, and helping them overcome stage fright.
The celebration was graced by Mrs. Sonu Bafna, a renowned artist and designer, who presided over the function as the esteemed Chief Guest.
Young students captivated the audience with a series of value-based stories brought to life through powerful acting and graceful dance performances. The school believes strongly that valuable lessons are effectively learned through engagement in stories and enactment, and the overwhelming cheer from the audience proved the success of this pedagogical approach.
The Founder Principal Mrs. Summan Datta addressed attending parents, offering guidance on cultivating a loving, nurturing, and secure home environment for their children.
The Chief Guest warmly applauded the significant efforts put forth by both the students and the dedicated teaching staff in orchestrating a truly memorable event.
