Janmashtami, the divine birth anniversary of Lord Krishna, was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm at UWCEC School on 4th September, 2026.
Children came dressed as Radha and Krishna. The stage was adorned with a vibrant Janmashtami backdrop. Teachers beautifully enacted the story of Lord Krishna’s birth, followed by a joyful dance performance and Dahi Handi ceremony. The children danced to Govinda songs and broke the beautifully decorated matka.
The celebration concluded with a charming ramp walk where little ones proudly flaunted their attire.
The true spirit of Janmashtami came alive at UWCEC.
